Related California and Mercy Housing California, in partnership with the San Francisco Office of Early Care and Education and the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development, accepted qualified submissions to be considered for selection as a nonprofit early childhood education operator to occupy and operate an on-site mixed-income early childhood education center in the Sunnydale/Velasco HOPE SF community’s newest development, Block 3. A pre-submittal meeting took place on Thursday June 6 from 12:30-2:00pm to introduce this opportunity and answer questions. The submission deadline was June 28, 2019.

Request for Qualifications: OECE Child Enrollment & Payment Data Systems Management
OECE serves as convener, policy developer, and funder of early care and education (ECE) organizations to meet the needs of San Francisco’s children and families. To enhance the local early care and education system’s overarching goals, which are outlined in the San Francisco Citywide Plan for Early Care and Education, OECE accepted proposals for an integrated data management and reporting system that tracks child and family enrollment information and payment information. An RFQ packet was made available online and at SFHSA, Office of Contract Management, 1650 Mission Street, Suite 300, starting November 29, 2018. The submission deadline was January 28, 2019 by 5:00 PM.

Request for Proposals: 2019 Innovations Fund
In partnership with the Human Services Agency (HSA), the San Francisco Office of Early Care and Education (OECE) is seeking applications for a pilot Innovation Fund. The 2019 Fund, the second, updated iteration of the 2018 RFQ #800, aims to test new ideas with a focus on results related to one or more of the Office’s impact areas from the San Francisco Citywide Plan for Early Care and Education
