1823 Senior Contracts Analyst

Under the general direction of the Deputy Director, the 1823 Senior Contract Analyst is one of OECE’s lead analysts that will assist with oversight of the department’s $160+ million procurement portfolio. The Senior Contracts Analyst works closely with office management, program staff overseeing initiatives, and operations to develop and issue procurements, create systems and manage grants and contracts, develop internal staff contracting capacities, ensure grant and contract compliance with City regulations, and design process improvements for OECE around contracting and grant making including oversight and evaluation. 

 

1823 Senior Financial Analyst

Under the general supervision of the Director, the 1823 Senior Financial Analyst is one of OECE’s lead analysts for assisting in the development of the department’s $160 million annual budget. This analyst will work closely with management, program managers, and operations staff to develop budget proposals and financial models, determine the fiscal impacts of federal, state, and local policies, and present recommendations and analysis to stakeholders.
