Yohana Quiroz, is the Director of the Children, Youth and Family Division at Felton Institute. In this role, she is responsible for leading interdisciplinary & integrated programs for children, youth and their families to include: early childhood education and early intervention services, case management, individual and family therapy, workforce development and parenting, nutrition & health education and family support in this role, Ms. Quiroz manages a budget of $5.3 million dollars of City, State and Federal contracts and small/ large grants from foundations and private donors. She is also responsible for driving a fiscally and operationally sound division, program development, operational effectiveness, quality assurance, program management and growth, strategic planning, succession planning, professional development and establishing and strengthening community partnerships.
Ms. Quiroz earned her B.A. degree in Child & Adolescent Development with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education from San Francisco State University and her M.A in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. She lives in the East Bay with her husband and two daughters.
