Data and Evaluation Manager
Prior to joining the SF Office of Early Care and Education, Tiffany Torrevillas spent six years with the San Francisco Human Services Agency (HSA) and a year with the SF Department of Children, Youth and Their Families (DCYF). As a Senior Planning Analyst with HSA, she helped support the HSA Child Care Office before and after it moved under the OECE umbrella, working on projects such as the CPAC Needs Assessments and SF Child Care Market Rates Studies.
Tiffany holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and sociology from Notre Dame de Namur University and a master’s of public policy degree from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy. She is passionate about social policy focused on children and families and promoting better outcomes for San Francisco’s most vulnerable populations.
