The OECE CAC shall make recommendations to the Office of Early Care and Education (“OECE”), established by Chapter 2A, Article XIII of the Administrative Code, regarding the OECE’s mission of providing early education for children ages zero to five in San Francisco and other City departments involved in early education initiatives.
