The San Francisco Office of Early Care & Education (OECE) provides an exciting and collaborative work environment for those interested in improving access to high-quality early care and education for San Francisco’s children ages 0 to 5 and their families.


The following positions are open:

Budget and Contracts Liaison – works in collaboration with the Budget, Contracts, and Fiscal Claiming divisions of the Human Services Agency which provides back office support to OECE and is the primary project manager for all of OECE’s budget and contract-related work, including supporting competitive bidding processes.

Salary: $78,546.00 – $95,498.00/year

Fiscal Strategies Manager – a key leadership position that will lead efforts to coordinate and align several federal, state, and local funding streams to support local early care and education programs and efforts.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and 4 years full-time professional experience managing child care subsidy programs serving 0-5 year olds with two of the four years supervising staff; or a Master’s degree and 3 years of full-time experience managing child care subsides with two of the four years supervising staff

Salary: $105,456.00 – $134,576.00/year
