Phase Two: Sharing What We Learned and Developing the First Five Year Spending Plan

After conducting approximately seven months of intensive multi-stakeholder engagement (described in phase one below), it was important for OECE to go back out to the community to share our findings as well as the ways in which public input would inform our direction with the Prop C Spending Plan. On June 8, 2019, OECE hosted a Community Town Hall where we shared our proposals for the First 5 Year Spending Plan and collected further feedback.
